Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director General of Fujairah Digital Government, at its Dubai Hills headquarters. The visit focused on exploring the latest digital innovations and strengthening collaboration in support of Digital Fujairah.

The visit highlighted Fujairah Digital Government’s commitment to innovation and future-ready technologies. du reported that both parties discussed strategies for joint efforts that support Digital Fujairah’s vision of becoming a smart, technology-driven emirate.

Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO at du, stated that the visit was a step forward in enabling digital transformation across the UAE. He said it reflected a shared ambition to turn Fujairah into a digital hub through collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange.

He added that du remains committed to supporting strategic initiatives like Digital Fujairah by leveraging its capabilities in AI, connectivity, and infrastructure.

During the visit, du management led the delegation on a guided tour of the company’s HQ. They showcased du’s technology-driven culture, including systems that integrate AI and ChatGPT to improve performance and customer experiences.

The guests also visited du’s Innovation Hub, which serves as a platform for developing and launching cutting-edge technologies. There, Sheikh Mohammed was briefed on how du’s innovations align with Digital Fujairah’s objectives.
