WSO2, an enterprise digital infrastructure technology company, has announced the acquisition of Moesif. The San Francisco-based startup specializes in advanced API analytics and monetization.
The acquisition was an all-cash deal. It marks a major step in WSO2’s strategy to drive global growth through targeted inorganic opportunities.
According to WSO2, Moesif will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary. It will function under WSO2’s API Management Business Unit. The Moesif brand and product offerings will be retained.
WSO2 revealed that Moesif’s leadership and team will stay in place. They will focus on growing the current business and expanding customer reach worldwide. Existing Moesif customers will continue receiving the same level of service and support.
At the same time, they will benefit from WSO2’s global reach and extended product suite. WSO2 also plans to integrate Moesif’s API analytics and monetization tools into its portfolio.
